Erin Ferguson exemplifies energy, transparency, hard work and creative support across every aspect of her real estate transactions. Having lived and invested in Calgary for almost 20 years, she’s made her mark in the community and gained extensive knowledge of the inner city’s residential real estate market along the way.

With over two decades of of sales experience, Erin offers the ideal balance of ethical practice, hard-nosed negotiations and exceptional client service. Her clients consistently seek out her advice and expertise to navigate numerous transactions extending from first-time buyers to luxury home sales.  Specializing in Inner City Calgary Real Estate which includes heritage homes, semi detached infills, detached homes, townhomes and condos, Erin prides herself on providing honest and precise market information, trends, comparable sales and property values and a realistic view of what they can expect to achieve in current markets.

Erin is highly experienced, helping clients stage listings and furnish new homes as well as assisting local developers with up-to-date design trends.  She has had her own first hand experience with renovations of a historic heritage home, flipping homes and constantly keeping up with design.  Her vision and creativity have given her clients an opporunity to envision their spaces and new homes.   As a result, she has established herself as a top producing agent year-after-year since 2012 at Century 21. Erin is an advocate for new agent training, teaching the practical skills required to be successful in an extremely competitive business via face-to-face meetings and group education sessions.

In her spare time, Erin can be found taking quick trips to exciting places to feed her passion for design and architecture, inner foodie and need for travel and experiences. Erin also dabbles in the home-flipping market, which has proven to be successful thanks to her creative styling and design techniques that have been recognized by Avenue magazine.  She also used the small bit of spare time during lockdown to write a 120 page guide called Erin's Edit to all of her favourite spots in Calgary from Restaurants to workouts and day trips out of the city.  The book is now sold in select stores in the city.  You can find more details about it here.  Currently Erin is in the process of renovating her new, but very old 1929 home which she has been sharing the progress of the renovations on social media.  This has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge about heritage homes and how to navigate the quirks they come with.

Erin’s focus is part of her charm, as is her commitment to putting her heart and soul into every project and client she takes on.  Her passion and finesse in this industry is second to none.
